About the Position

We’re looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and insurance knowledge to help our clients protect what matters most. Every day is different, and you’ll work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and fellow team members to provide an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients by phone, email, text message, and in person.
• Help clients with policy changes, billing questions, payments, claims assistance, and follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products and coverages when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records using our Agency Management System (Hawksoft).
• Review work carefully to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers, insurance carriers, and clients.
• Assist with general office responsibilities including scanning, filing, organizing, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace.
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge through ongoing learning and training.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License
• Previous insurance agency experience
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

Preferred

• Pennsylvania Life & Health License
