The agency began as Feeser & Williams Insurance back in August 2001. Original partner, Teresa Williams, has since retired to sunny Florida leaving Heather Feeser sole ownership of Feeser Insurance & Notary. Today, our agency offers over 40 years of insurance experience
and is running strong with three agents who are also fully commissioned Penn Dot certified notaries.
Located at 3123 N George St, Emigsville, PA, we service York and its surrounding counties. Our agency is readily accessible to all areas as we are only 1 mile from Rt 30 and I-83, directly across the street from the Alert Fire Company.
Primarily, the agency represents Erie Insurance for both personal and commercial insurance. Auto, home, life, umbrella and recreational vehicle policies (like boat/ATV/motorcycle) are available for individuals. Through Erie Insurance, products for large and small business are also provided. In addition, for those clients who may have recent accidents, violations or claims, the agency offers a range of alternative companies.
What sets Feeser Insurance & Notary apart from other agencies is our attention to detail and our focus on customer service. There’s definitely a positive charge to an atmosphere that is filled with great customer service—and this is what Feeser Insurance & Notary is all about.
The fact that the staff customizes policies to meet the need of the clients and their families goes without saying. But the owner and staff go above and beyond to show appreciation to their customers and the community. Clients receive personalized birthday cards as well as special notes recognizing births, illnesses and special happenings in their lives. Feeser Insurance & Notary also reaches out to the community through various activities like Thanksgiving and Christmas Rescue Mission food outreach, Manchester’s Ice Cream Social, local parades, fire hall basket bingos, local fire safety programs, Manchester children’s carnival, a fingerprinting project with the local police. In addition, Heather Feeser participates in building future business owners through her participation with the local Junior Achievement organization.
Our agency operates 6 days per week to accommodate its customers, making an in house notary available at all times. Our staff members—Heather Feeser, Michelle Wiley and Stacy Lau look forward to serving their clients for many years to come.
Meet Our Team
Heather Feeser
Heather Feeser is the owner of the agency. She opened the agency in 2001 under the name Feeser & Williams Insurance with her former partner and friend Teresa Williams. Teresa retired in 2014 and retired to sunny, hot Florida. Heather’s passion is insurance. She’s been working in the insurance industry since she was 14 years old, when she worked with her mom in an insurance agency. Heather wore many hats before opening her own agency. She started out telemarketing, customer service, selling insurance, agency manager and managed central PA for St Paul/Metlife. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, husband Gary and adorable dog Buddy.
Michelle Wiley
Michelle Wiley is the backbone of the agency. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none! Michelle is always willing to help our clients in every aspect of their insurance and notary needs. She has been with the agency over 12 years. Michelle has her property and casualty license and is a notary. When she isn’t helping others and spending time with her family, she enjoys studying metaphysics.

Buddy " The Boss "
Buddy the “boss”. He is the mascot of the agency. He is the “meeter and greeter” at the front door. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, boating with my mommy and daddy and chasing squirrels!
